Clarity and Consistency

"Our school-wide progressive discipline
model brought clarity and consistency
to the student-management process
[and] trained students to make
personal choices based on known
expectations and experiences."

-David Radford

Principal, Kent-Meridian High School

Practical and Logical

"This is very practical and logical. [I]
have great respect for the system
you have created. Teachers who have
students for 50 or 90 minutes
should be encouraged to use a judicious
use of a progressive discipline system."

-Dr. Randy Sprick

Director of Safe and Civil Schools

Fosters Mutual Respect

"The message is clear, fair, and
fosters mutual respect. Teachers
are able to minimize attention and
time given to addressing behavioral
issues and maintain instructional
momentum."

-Vicky Barkley

ELL-ELA Teacher
